At Baseball Official Online Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
