BB-Bands™ are an essential tool designed to help strengthen important muscles for throwing. There are multiple exercises that can be performed with this training aid.

Contents: 1- USA Baseball branded BB-Bands™, 1- Door Anchor (for indoor use), 1- Outdoor/Indoor Strap Anchor (used for pole or other stationary object) and 1- USA Baseball branded storage bag.

​Important: Prior to use, ensure bands are securely fastened to a stationary object. Clip should never be in alignment with head or neck region. The bands are not a toy and should be used in a safe, responsible manner at all times. To keep the bands in optimal condition it is best not to over-stretch or leave out in the sun-light for extended period of times.
